The National Association of Spas (ANBAL) was established more than 100 years, and its foundation have medicinal mineral waters declared Public Utility. The Association was recognized by the Royal Decree 743/1928 of 25 April (Statute on the exploitation of mineral springs Medicinales).
The association currently consists of 68 spas. It is considering the addition of new associates.
The main objective of ANBAL is to promote and defend the interests of the sector.
In response to the need of the Association for a program to help promote the product 'Balneario', from ANBAL created the "Club Spa in Spain", one of its main objectives to define strategies and plans for promotion, adjusted to market circumstances as well as coordination and logistics of the promotional and communication.
Currently, the spa has a drive for quality, being the group with higher number of implementations of the Q-quality tourism.
The Association participates in the creation of the Department ANEABE-ANBAL Bottled Water Springs and in the School of Mining Engineers of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and the signing of various agreements signed with the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Medical Professional School of Water and hydrotherapy), Secretary General of Tourism; The FEMP-Springs Villas, etc.. | | aaa |  |
